A members' bar built around a working still. A speakeasy. The sound is curated; the spirits are made here — small-batch, unrepeatable, never meant to exist at scale. Our house rum, Brixton Culture Capital Rum, is the backbone of every serve.

Fridays we turn the distillery into a bar — cocktails, a hi-fi sound system, occasional live sets. Open one night a week because we're three people running a small space.

A small-batch blend of aged Caribbean and Latin American rums, developed with the teams from 384 Cocktail Bar, Shrub & Shutter, Impact Brixton, and Brixton Brewery. Distilled in Brixton Village. 1 of 456 numbered bottles. The backbone of our Old Fashioned, our Rum Punch, and everything we pour.

You don't have to be a member. Come into the distillery for an afternoon, taste a flight of five Brixton-made rums, then blend, distil and bottle your own to take home. For one or a small group — whether you live here or you're visiting Brixton. From £145.

- ·Members' Lab Nights — blend your own rum on the still at half price. The public masterclass is £145.
- ·Vodka and gin sessions — members only, by invitation. Not sold to the public.
